Home Health Agencies in the State of Florida are restricted by their licensure to only serve patients in the district of their individually licensed office. PHHI is located in Orange County and Orange County is part of District 7.  PHHI can thus serve patients residing in all of district 7 which includes Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard Counties .
